Updates on the scripts?
We regularly provide updates on our scripts for a better user-friendly environment. When there is an update on a script you will be sent the latest version each time if there is an update available.
I installed the script, but it’s not working?
Once the Script is installed, Adobe illustrator needs to be restarted so that the new script can be initiated. For the best result restart Illustrator each time you install a script.

Can I use the script on more than one computer?
We have both of options available. The scripts can be downloaded for both single and multiuser. We understand the needs of an organization and a single user, so we have separate pricing for both single and multi-user scripts.
Do we offer scripts other than illustrator?
As of now we only offer scripts in Illustrator. However, we are definitely working on mored advanced automations in computing with the help of python and other programming languages.
